Jenny, Director of YesAND Counseling, has been successfully serving the college-bound community of the San Francisco Bay Area since 2006. A fully credentialed school counselor, with undergrad work in Music and Philosophy, and additional training in mindfulness and meditation, she takes pride in launching a diverse spectrum of students toward their education dreams and goals.
Jenny’s purpose is to advocate for students, to train and align with counseling professionals, and to collaborate with families.
She has presented at national webinars and conferences including the American Counseling Association the Association for Creativity in Counseling and on behalf of Geek Club Books, an autism education and awareness organization. She also produces the podcast Smells Like Teen Parent for parents of children and teens.
At the forefront of emerging evidence-based practices are creative fields of improvisational therapy, an interactive social-emotional curriculum that supports students in school settings.
